I am an organizational development consultant with over 15 years of experience helping people work more effectively together. I support individual leaders, work teams, business partners, or entire organizations to find ways to work more skillfully, productively and collaboratively in pursuit of their goals.
My curiosity about how people collaborate and get things done (or not!), and my passion to help create more engaging work environments in which people can reach their full potential, are what drive the energy and commitment I bring to all of my client engagements.
My clients span the globe and represent a wide range of public and private sectors including technology, manufacturing, not-for-profit, post-secondary education, health care, and government. With my clients, I have:
Designed and facilitated the strategic planning process with Boards and executive teams.
Designed and managed complex inter-organizational collaborative initiatives,
Created and delivered leadership development programs,
Completed team assessments and coached new and existing teams to improve performance and productivity,
Worked with leaders to create an engaged workforce,
Developed and implemented organizational change strategies,
Conducted stakeholder consultations,
Provided support to LEAN initiatives and other productivity enhancement projects,
Facilitated large group meetings and planning sessions and presented at conferences, and
Designed and delivered training programs
In addition to my many years of business experience in a variety of roles and industries, I hold a Masters degree in Applied Behavioural Science specializing in consulting and coaching in organizations and a Bachelor of Arts degree. I am also certified in the Extended DISC assessment tool and trained as a Co-Active coach through the Coaches Training Institute.
